I was looking at your homepage again and I did want to say you have some gorgeous budgies. I especially like Spirit. I could never get tired of looking at all the wild cockatoos. What a character Appollo is.

I wouldnt call my home page bragging . I was a teen back then
maybe if you read it all and payed attention you would understand that
and as for sue when some one attacks me about how I take care of my
bird dont expect one to just sit back and take it with a smile .. I take
very good care of all my parrots .. not that is is any of youb business |

Sue left me a comment yesterday stating that my congos were plucking each others head because the cage was bare . the pic that I took was edited to bring the birds closer up . I was angery and felt that she was attacking me in how I cared for my birds . Im not perfect but I do provide all my parrots with the best of care I can give them . If I didnt feel I could do it then I would stop . I didnt get involved with rescue until this past summer . My family and I moved into a new home that we built and we have a good size basement . Heated and well lit . I stated that Iv been involved with parrots for 25 years , This is true , but when I run into problems I contact my friend in VT Who has done major research on parrots . He is a former president of the Amazon Society and he traveled to
Centeral America twice . I count on him for alot of advise .. I am sorry if there was some kind of missunderstanding . The thing is when you get involved with rescue people tend to go on attack mode . Well Iv had alot of attacks and when some one says something that sounda like an attack I have been known to strike back . I am very sorry

Hi Bih, I just wanted to let you know I have a new homepage! I don't think I'm quite done yet, but the general format is there. Take a look when you get a chance!
Now, I can't wait until my Slender Billed is added to the page too hehe!!! I can't get one of this years babies since I don't move house til August. Still shooting for 2008, unless a miracle happens where it is possible sooner I think they are only available in the spring and summer here unless I find a rehomed, which is next to impossible here!

Thanks for checking out my homepage Bih! I just looked at Apollo's page again... I love it! I couldn't believe how tame those wild birds are!
I didn't know the Western SB's are more closely related to the Bare Eyed than the Eastern SB! I can see that... their beak is not as long as the Eastern, and they have the color of the Bare Eyed... looks sort of like a cross between the two!
I only have a couple pics of Adrian the Hooded... they are in hard copy (that was in the days before my computer lol!) Adrian unfortunately never made it to full adult color I also I have some nice old pics of the Gouldian's I used to have. I will have to get them on disk one of these days. |

Oh my gosh...what awesome wild cockatoo pics! Amazing!
You are so lucky to live in Australia...I have wanted to move there since I was itty bitty..of course back then I had this notion that everything was upside down there (being that you are on the other side of the world) |
