ELla, my tiel likes to whistle to feet. He'll exhaust his his whole repitioure, much to my family"s amusement. Do any of you guys have birds that do this? |

Not his feet, but I did have a tiel "Doodles" years ago that loved to stick his head under his bell and then whistle his little heart out.  One time we were packing to go somewhere and had suitcases, etc on the floor. He found a zipper pull on one bag that he took a liking to for some reason. Kept walking around it, singing to his, guarding it, etc. They can be so funny sometimes.

My youngest Tiel does the same thing, he doesnt like hands but loves feet (with or without sock/shoes) as soon as he sees feet he must be near them and witsle |

My youngest tiel Kacey has a thing for grey socks. My Dad wears grey hiking socks all the time and Kacey has taken a liking to them. When ever she gets down on the floor she has to walk over and touch my Dad's grey sock covered feet before going over to her cage to eat. My other tiel Digger also had a big thing for grey socks. We even took one of my Dad's worn grey sock and weaved it thru the cage bars of Digger's cage next to his sleeping perch. He would sleep with one foot grasping the grey sock. When that one got to worn or frayed, we replaced it with another grey sock. It was sooooo cute.  |

MY MALE TIEL JACK LOVES TO PUT HIS HEAD IN HIS FOOD BOWL AND WHISTLES IN IT, I THINK HE LIKES THE ECHO SOUND, HE EVEN WHISTLES INSIDE HIS NEST BOX ITS SOOO FUNNY.
